Summary
We are seeking a Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our dynamic team at The Kirkby Family Dental Centre. In this role, you will be assisting our dentists in the surgery to deliver patient care whilst also carrying the necessary decontamination duties, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing appointments and providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
* All aspects of chairside assistance
* Decontamination duties
* Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
* Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organized calendar.
* Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered.
* Assist in managing patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained.
* Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth workflow during appointments.
* Support billing processes and manage payments as necessary.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills with a focus on patient care.
* Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
* Basic IT skills for managing scheduling software and patient records.
* Must be qualified and GDC registered
