Position Overview:
As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high levels of service quality and consistency.
Monitor inventory levels and food costs, and implement strategies to optimize profitability while minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.

Qualifications:
Proven experience (5 years) in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in restaurant management.
