We are looking for an experienced and motivated FCPParamedic who has completed their FCP portfolio or postgraduate FCP MScqualification, to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You will work atthe forefront of primary care, providing high-quality assessment, diagnosis,and management of patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosedconditions, particularly in the areas of minor illness and urgent care.
Main duties of the job
* Manage patients with a range of conditions, providing expert assessment and clinical decision-making
* Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations, including home visits where appropriate
* Support management of long-term conditions and contribute to preventative care
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside GPs, ANPs, Podiatrists, Physios, Social Prescribers and Clinical Pharmacists
* Participate in clinical supervision, MDT meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications
* Registered Paramedic with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* Qualified to advanced clinical practice level or equivalent, with experience in urgent or primary care.
