Location: City North, 9 Goodwin Street, N4 3HQ
Working Hours: TWO ROLES AVAILABLE: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00 / Wednesday - Sunday 07:00 - 15:00
Salary: £25,000pa (Depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent

Development Details:
This role will be based on a brand-new development of residential and commercial units in Finsbury Park. This is the first phase of a development that will include 320 residential units and is very close to underground and mainline stations from Finsbury Park station
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
youll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
youll be an expert in resolving a variety of maintenance issues including light painting, basic carpentry, basic electrical tasks, and minor plumbing
youll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
youll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
You have a good eye for detail and experience conducting regular development inspections, reporting any defect and/or health and safety concerns, cleaning, and maintenance (internally and externally).
your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
