Service Care Solutions is collaborating with a local authority in Manchester and is seeking a Senior Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.
Salary
PAYE (Inc. Hol) – £53.28 to £57.68 per hour. Umbrella – £60 to £65 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive legal guidance on adult social care issues.
* Draft and review legal documents relevant to social care cases.
* Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
* Support clients through complex care legal procedures.
* Keep up to date with legislative changes affecting adult social care.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with experience in adult social care law.
* Strong understanding of the legal landscape relating to social care settings.
* Excellent communication and advisory skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with contract assignments preferred.
