Building Regulation Principal Designer
An Architectural practice based in London are now seeking an Building Regulation Principal Designer to work on large-scale Commercial, Retail and Hospitality projects. You will work from their studio twice a week.

The Role
The successful Building Regulation Principal Designer will be involved in ensuring Building Regulation compliance and guiding clients through the Gateway process, across large-scale commercial, retail and hospitality projects.
The Person
The Building Regulation Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 7 years within an Architectural, Design or Building Control role.
The Building Regulation Principal Designer suitable for this role will have an ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB membership.
If you are a registered Principal Designer with the RIBA, CIAT or APS, this will be advantageous.
