Annual salary of £26,114 (FTE) Fixed term role (12 months) Full-time (35 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working Please Note: We are not using recruitment agencies for this position. Proposed Interview Date: Monday 25th August 2025 The role As a Portfolio Officer (PRS), within the Residential Management team, you will provide a quality, helpful, responsive and value for money service to all Private Rental Sector (PRS) residents and landlords. As first point of contact for our private tenants you will be there to respond to all queries and maintenance and repair issues. Travel is required for tenancy inspections. You will be expected to drive exceptional levels of customer service to make Redwing a managing agent of choice. You will recognise that this is an inherently mobile customer base, and understand that providing them with an efficient, quality, and hassle-free service is central to retaining existing business, building our reputation, and attracting new customers. The right fit You have a proven track record in a property management or housing environment. You have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. You will have the courage and curiosity to take considered risks as well as the thoroughness to make informed decisions. You’re self-motivated to set high standards and embrace new challenges as well as use resources and tools to meet required outcomes. Experience working flexibly and adapting to changing requirements. You have the ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations. ARLA Qualification is desirable but not essential.
