Overview
The successful candidate will be able to choose from 3 - 5 shortlisted research projects. The successful candidate must register for postgraduate studies in the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences (FHLS) at the University of Liverpool for 3-years. The CRF will be required to undertake nominal clinical work which will ideally be aligned to the area of research. Work will be carried out at CCCL and at peripheral clinics across Merseyside and Cheshire. This post does not attract an on-call supplement. However, the successful candidate may be able to join the existing CCC on-call rota if there is a slot available.
Responsibilities
* The research fellow is responsible for registering and maintaining patient records.
* CCC requires familiarity with its computerised information system and the post holder will need to become familiar with this to carry out their duties. Appropriate training will be given.
* It is the responsibility of all employees to support the risk management policies within CCC and will require working with relevant Directorate to ensure risks to patients, staff and public are identified using the clinical and non-clinical incident reporting system.
