This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape our financial future while supporting the delivery of high-quality housing and services to our community.
What You'll Do
As Part Of Our Senior Management Team, You'll
* Lead and manage all financial and IT operations.
* Advise the Director and Management Committee on financial strategy and systems.
* Oversee budget setting, monitoring, and long-term financial planning.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and governance requirements.
* Manage treasury functions and loan portfolios to ensure sustainability.
* Prepare and submit key financial returns to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
* Collaborate across departments to support strategic goals and service delivery.
* Review and implement new and revised policies for organisational improvement.

* Proven experience in the social housing sector.
* Strong financial acumen and a strategic mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
