Overview

WSP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated PMO Manager to join our dynamic PMCM team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our project management office, ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various sectors.


A Little More About Your Role

* Leadership & Management: Establish and lead the PMO team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
* Project Governance: Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
* Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
* Collaboration: Develop working relationships and embed a one-team approach.
* Integration: Coordinate the support services requirements of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
* Digital: Work with the digital lead and PP to develop and implement a “Digital by default” PMO to deliver robust, high-quality outputs to inform decision-makers.


What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate


Knowledge

* Experience in project management and PMO.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
* Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* AMP PMQ or CHPP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
* Proven track record of successfully managing PMOs and delivering complex projects.
