Bright Selection is delighted to be representing a well-established, family-run provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a nursing home supporting adults with disabilities and mental health needs.

Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team, ensuring consistent, high-quality care for adults with complex needs including learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs.
Deliver personalised, strengths-based support that promotes independence, choice and meaningful opportunities for the people who use the service.
Ensure the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led, fully aligned with all relevant regulatory frameworks (CQC).
Foster a positive, inclusive culture that supports the wellbeing of both residents and colleagues.
Develop and implement outcome-focused service improvement plans, ensuring all statutory, regulatory and commissioning requirements are met.
Manage key stakeholder relationships, including commissioners, families, and external partners.
Take responsibility for service performance, including staffing levels, resource allocation, budget management and income targets.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, including the Care Standards Act 2000, CQC and the Health and Social Care Act.
Up-to-date mandatory training (e.g., fire safety, first aid, food hygiene, manual handling, Health & Safety).
Ability to undertake spot checks as needed, including during evenings.
Satisfactory Police Check and ISA List check (where applicable).
RQF Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred or willingness to work towards).Contract, Remuneration and benefits:
Up to £43,000 PA DOE
