Production Operator
Region - Leek, ST
The Role
1. Preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking and production processes
2. Operating machinery and production equipment (full training provided)
3. Filling, labelling and packing products
4. Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
5. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
6. Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
Minimum requirements for Production Operative
7. Reliable, punctual and hardworking
8. Able to work well in a fast-paced production environment
9. A good team player with a positive attitude
10. Willing to follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
11. Previous food production or factory experience is desirable but not essential
Salary: £. per hour PAYE, paid weekly
Sunday Shift Allowance £3.
Monday to Thursday Shift Allowance £1.
Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply
