The Payload:
* Highly Competitive Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 basic per year (guaranteed, stable pay).
* The Dream Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (absolutely zero weekends).

What You Will Be Doing:
* Testing Excellence: Conducting MOT tests strictly to DVSA compliance and road safety standards.
* Flexible Workflow: Managing a consistent, organized flow of tests. If you want to take on basic servicing or light repairs between bookings, you can; if not, you can focus purely on testing.
* Accurate Logging: Correctly logging test results, identifying failing defects, and inputting data onto the DVSA system seamlessly.
* Clear Communication: Working with our front-of-house team to explain necessary safety repairs clearly and honestly.
What We Need From You:
* DVSA License: A current, valid DVSA MOT Testing license (Class 4 minimum).
* Compliance First: An honest professional who takes pride in keeping unsafe vehicles off the road.
* Reliability: A team player who enjoys a relaxed, friendly independent garage atmosphere.
* A full UK driving licence.
