Assistant Management Accountant:
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team within the manufacturing function. This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail oriented individual looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, innovative production environment. The position offers hands-on exposure to Management Accounting and Business Partnering while supporting key operational finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
2. Supporting Management Accounting activities, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
3. Assisting with Business Partnering by working closely with operational teams to provide financial insights.
4. Supporting billing processes and materials-related financial tasks.
5. Assisting with stock valuation, cost calculation, and manufacturing cost analysis.
6. Contributing to audits, reconciliations, and cost-control initiatives.
7. Collaborating with production, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
Candidate Profile
8. Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
9. Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
10. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused.
11. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
