Responsibilities include working with Care Coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas, considering individual needs and worker skills; conducting regular reviews and risk assessments; participating in multi-disciplinary reviews; shadowing new care workers to ensure competence; and observing and evaluating care worker practice during routine supervision or as needed.
Senior Care Assistants primarily work in the community but may also perform some office-based administrative tasks.

What you’ll need
