About the role and practice

If you are a focused Dental Patient Co-ordinator looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than 2th Dental practice in Market Harborough.

1. 34 hours per week available.

At 2th Dental, we are proud to offer a wide range of treatments and services. Whether you need a routine check-up, cosmetic dentistry, or dental implants, our experienced team is here to cater to your needs. We believe in delivering the highest standard of care and utilise the latest technology to ensure optimal results.

About you

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (, retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

2. Greet and assist patients warmly, manage phone and email inquiries, and ensure a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out.

3. Efficiently schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to maximize productivity and minimize wait times.

4. Support smooth front desk operations, manage supplies, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure workflow efficiency.

5. The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach.

6. Drive patient satisfaction and service quality and Engagement - Uphold patient privacy, follow local data protection laws, and maintain a professional, organized work environment.
7. Manage the practice’s online presence (website, reviews, social media)
