Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Working Hours: Shift rotation between 8:00–16:00 and 9:00–17:00, with occasional 10:00–18:00 shifts as required
Hybrid Working: Two days remote (Monday & Thursday) and three days office-based
Role Overview
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring service users’ needs are met within agreed timeframes, in accordance with Serco’s contractual obligations to UK Visa & Immigration (UKVI), particularly concerning accommodation and transport for service users.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services contract to ensure excellent service delivery standards.
2. Manage scheduling and prioritisation of repairs and defects to internal and external operatives, ensuring correct categorisation, timescales, and recipients, in line with contractual requirements.
3. Maintain data integrity of IT systems to support performance reporting.
4. Handle vendor queries and escalate issues as necessary.
5. Review and correctly classify reported defects.
6. Respond to Authority requests within contractual timescales.
7. Process allocation and dispersal requests according to KPI timescales.
8. Assist in preparing mitigation strategies for KPI targets.
9. Ensure property certifications are current and accurate.
10. Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors for transportation services.
11. Schedule workflows for the collection and transportation of service users.
Candidate Requirements
You should demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, effective time management, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and proficient ICT skills.
Additional Requirements
Security clearance at Counter Terrorism Check level and CRB checks are required. The role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and employment is subject to security clearance and Home Office approval.
