A bit about the role … We are seeking an organised and proactive Retrofit Manager to support the delivery of PAS-compliant retrofit works across our social housing contracts. This is a specialist role, supporting retrofit delivery through accurate documentation, compliance management, and coordination of technical records under PAS 2030, PAS 2035 and TrustMark. The role sits at the centre of the retrofit team, working closely with Retrofit Coordinators, site teams, subcontractors, clients and residents to ensure projects are delivered compliantly, efficiently, and to a high standard. What you will be responsible for … Prestart planning for development of retrofit project. Streamlining and further developing processes in accordance with TrustMark requirements Maintaining retrofit project documentation in line with PAS 2030 Ensuring auditable records are obtained in line with TrustMark requirements. Working with the site team to manage works in process. Coordinating and maintaining records for evidence records from pre to post contract Uploading and managing project data and evidence on PASHub and internal/client systems. Acting as a key point of contact for retrofit compliance queries from internal teams, clients, and scheme administrators. What we’d like from you … Experience in a construction, retrofit, or social housing environment. An understanding of PAS 2030, PIBIs, TrustMark and retrofit compliance processes. Experience working with compliance documentation, audits, and evidence packs (SHDF or other funded programmes advantageous). Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Confidence coordinating across multiple teams and managing competing priorities. Clear, professional communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based document management systems. Desirable: Experience using PASHub. Familiarity with PIBIs, ventilation assessments, and retrofit measures (e.g. EWI, CWI, IWI, loft insulation, solar PV).
