Role Summary
We are recruiting an E-commerce Advertising & Marketing Associate to manage and optimise online sales and marketing activities across Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms, with a particular focus on the beauty and cosmetics sector.
This is a skilled, non-entry-level role requiring a strong understanding of digital advertising, data analysis, customer journey management, logistics coordination, and e-commerce platform governance.
The role supports business growth through strategic advertising execution, operational oversight, and weekly performance reporting.
Core Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdvertising & Marketing (Primary Function)
* Plan, execute, and optimise PPC advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads and other e-commerce advertising platforms
* Conduct keyword research, bid optimisation, and performance analysis (ACoS, ROAS, conversion rates)
* Monitor and improve product visibility, traffic quality, and campaign profitability
* Research market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour within the beauty and cosmetics niche
E-commerce Account Management
* Manage and monitor Amazon and eBay seller accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies
* Maintain listing accuracy, content optimisation, and category alignment
* Monitor account health metrics and resolve performance or compliance issues
Order Processing & Customer Experience
* Oversee daily order processing and fulfilment workflows
* Monitor deliveries, dispatch timelines, and courier performance
* Ensure customer queries, returns, and feedback are handled efficiently and professionally
* Maintain high customer satisfaction and seller performance ratings
Logistics & Inventory Coordination
* Monitor stock levels across all e-commerce platforms
* Identify replenishment requirements and coordinate stock planning
* Support demand forecasting and inventory reporting
* Prevent stock shortages and operational disruptions
Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare weekly operational and performance reports covering sales, advertising, orders, and inventory
* Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions
* Provide structured insights to senior management to support decision-making
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' proven experience in Amazon, eBay, or multi-channel e-commerce operations
* Hands-on experience managing PPC advertising campaigns
* Experience within beauty, cosmetics, or personal care e-commerce preferred
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret advertising and sales data
* Understanding of e-commerce logistics, fulfilment, and stock control
* Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
