Role: Project Manager - Groundworks

Future Build are working with a well-established Groundworks specialist with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial groundworks packages. Their typical project values range from 5 to 10 Million. Based in the West Midlands, they are currently gearing up for several exciting schemes that are set to begin soon.
Position Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing their groundworks projects from inception to completion. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in project management within the construction industry, particularly in commercial groundworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate groundworks projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
* Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules, keeping stakeholders informed of project status.
* Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial groundworks projects.
* Strong understanding of groundworks processes, techniques, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management
