Lead on a day‑to‑day basis the running of specialist clinical areas, and when allocated, act as the Theatre Coordinator for the department, providing supervisory management and leadership skills in an environment which is complex and pressurised. Provide emergency care provision across the hospital site on emergency bleeps supporting the Resuscitation, Trauma response and Obstetric teams. Work as a skilled emergency practitioner, working autonomously to support other colleagues to coordinate clinical areas and to provide specialised knowledge ensuring the maintenance and development of a skilled Nursing and Practitioner workforce.</p><p>The successful candidate would be required to hold either a RGN/RN or Operating Department Practice qualification. We are a proactive, student placement provider, therefore candidates must possess or be willing to work towards a mentorship qualification. Provide supervisory management and leadership skills and be motivated towards self‑development in leadership studies. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.</p></div>
