Day-to-Day of the Role:
* Manage a diverse caseload, engaging directly with children and families across various stages of intervention from early help to protection and permanence.

* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide coordinated and effective support.
* Engage in direct work with children and parents, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each family.
* Participate in regular team meetings, providing insights and updates on case progress.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
* A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in statutory social work.
* Strong understanding of child protection, safeguarding practices, and the legal framework governing social work.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
* Demonstrated ability to handle complex situations and make informed decisions.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical social work practices.
