We are now seeking an exceptional In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress [Nights] to work within our talented team in delivering unparalleled team experiences.
Our In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress [Nights] will provide an efficient and welcoming experience to all guests and coordinate the delivery and service of food and drinks to guest rooms.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Prepare and deliver In Room Dining orders promptly, and provide a warm, courteous, and professional service at every guest interaction, enhancing the overall hotel experience.
* Maintain a clean, organised and tidy service area, including pantry and staging areas, throughout the night shift.
* Ensure accurate allergen, dietary, and menu information is provided to guests.
* Carry out regular cleaning and operational checks of all In Room Dining equipment, including coffee and drinks machines.
* Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, submitting reorder requests when required.
* Display and rotate stock efficiently to ensure product freshness and reduce waste.
* Uphold the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage handling practices.
* Respond to any guest requests or queries in a courteous and efficient manner.

What we would like you to bring:
