About the Role In this role, you will work on meaningful cases that truly impact lives, ensuring children are safeguarded and supported to achieve positive outcomes. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values professional development and reflective practice. Responsibilities Assessments: Undertake Section 17 and Section 47 assessments in line with statutory requirements. Care Planning: Manage and review Child in Need and Child Protection plans to ensure effective interventions. Direct Work: Engage with children and families to build relationships and provide tailored support. Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with health, education, and other partners to safeguard children and promote their well being.Skills Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. Experience in safeguarding and working with children and families. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
