Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our clients team as a Cash Application Administrator. This role will focus on managing client payments, ensuring accurate allocation of funds, and supporting wider finance operations. You’ll play an important role in maintaining efficient cash processes, while also contributing to continuous improvements in our banking and finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
Process cash applications for the business.
Set up client payments through the online banking system in line with operational requests.
Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure on-account cash is kept within agreed levels.
Manage daily cash processes, particularly during month-end.
Ensure all received cheques are banked promptly.
Support the credit control team as required.
Contact clients/debtors to resolve unmatched cash items.
Assist with ad hoc projects to improve cash and banking efficiency. Skills & Experience
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience in invoice finance is desirable, though not essential.
Previous experience in an office environment is required. Benefits Package
