Are you an ambitious Chef looking for your next challenge?
Join a well-loved members golf club and work closely with the owner to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared dishes, Serving traditional style pub classic foods & pies as well as designing and creating delicious menus for events.
You’ll manage your own schedule, giving you flexibility over your working hours and the autonomy to run the kitchen your way.
Service Requirements:
* Sunday Lunches
* Thursday Evening Dining
* Saturday Breakfasts
* Occasional Social, Business & Event Catering (up to 80 covers)
Hourly pay or contract — your choice.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and maintain high food safety standards
* Prepare and cook quality dishes to menu specifications
* Manage food presentation and consistency
* Collaborate with front-of-house for smooth service
* Assist with menu planning, including seasonal dishes
* Maintain stock levels and order supplies
* Support and guide kitchen staff when required
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Cook or Chef
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards
* Proficiency in a range of cooking techniques
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Strong communication skills
* Passionate about delivering exceptional food

* Minimum 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef
