Overview
Join us as an Installer with Hillarys. This is a flexible opportunity suitable for full- or part-time work. You will visit customers in their homes to measure and install a range of products, including shutters. You’ll be supported by Design Consultants who process orders and payments.
Responsibilities
* Visit customers in their homes to measure and install products (including shutters).
* Work with Design Consultants to ensure orders are processed and payments are taken.
* Provide excellent customer service and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong desire to learn; previous experience in construction or trades (e.g., joiners, carpenters, window or kitchen fitters) is helpful.
* Willingness to work independently as a self-employed Advisor within Hillarys’ support structure.
* Full UK driving licence to travel to customers locally.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Training & Support
* Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
* Sales toolkit, product samples, tablet and software.
* Full installation toolkit and measuring equipment.
Compensation & Structure
Base pay range varies; compensation depends on skills and experience. The role offers flexible hours within Hillarys’ advisor network and the potential for earnings based on performance.
