Litigation Solicitor – Financial Services Claims (Fully Remote)
📍 Remote | £45,000 – £70,000 DOE + Benefits + Discretionary Bonus
Full-time | Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a forward thinking and innovative legal services provider that specialises in high value claimant litigation. We are exclusively working with the client to support with a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with a background in financial services litigation to join their growing team.
This is a fully remote position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with cutting-edge legal tech in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of financial services litigation matters, including high-value, complex claims.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
* Leverage technology and case management systems to streamline case progression and client communications.
* Support compliance processes and contribute to continuous improvement of internal operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with claimant litigation experience.
* Background in financial services litigation, professional negligence, or other claimant-based litigation.
* Proven ability to manage a high volume of claims efficiently and independently.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
* Comfortable working remotely and using technology for case management.
* Personable and client-focused, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Desirable:
* Experience handling pensions or investment-related disputes.
* Exposure to legal compliance or regulatory issues.
