As a trusted Microsoft Partner, we support clients with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, PowerApps, Business Intelligence, Microsoft 365, Sage 50, and Cim 50 MRP.
We're now expanding our team and looking for a Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant to help shape the future of our CRM department.
Role overview
Whether you're an experienced consultant or a skilled analyst ready to step up, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver smart, scalable CRM solutions.
Key responsibilities
· Design and deliver Dynamics 365 for Sales implementations and improvements
· Gather and analyse client requirements to configure tailored solutions
· Collaborate with technical teams and end users to ensure successful outcomes
· Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support
· Contribute ideas to help shape and grow the Dynamics 365 Sales department
What we're looking for
We are seeking someone who enjoys working directly with clients and brings energy, ideas, and a desire to build something meaningful.
You should have
· Experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales (Sales Hub, Lead/Opportunity Management)
· Strong understanding of CRM strategy and business processes
· Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
· Excellent communication and client-facing skills
· Organised, detail-oriented, and self-managing
· A genuine desire to be part of a committed, hard-working team
Desirable skills
· Experience in a Microsoft Partner environment
· Knowledge of Power Platform or Dynamics 365 customisation
