Recreation Assistants will perform duties pertaining to both wet and dry sites.
What we are looking for:
In order to be considered for a Lifeguard position at Leisure Focus,, you need to be a strong swimmer, and have excellent customer service skills. You should also have:
* A UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification, NPLQ qualification is essential
* Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
* Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to appropriately correct behavior of pool users where necessary
* Confidence and an approachable nature
DBS:
Recreation Assistant position classed as a regulated post and therefore may require a DBS Disclosure. Where the individual does not already hold a DBS Disclosure, it will be necessary for the post holder to be submitted for a DBS check.
