Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager for our Enterprise Solutions team in the UK. This role is critical for driving growth and success within large chains of dental practices. The ideal candidate brings consultative selling experience, stakeholder management, and C‑Suite relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

* Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts; act as primary point of contact and address inquiries promptly.
* Business Development – Identify expansion opportunities, engage C‑Suite executives, negotiate with large purchasing organizations, and pursue new market opportunities.
* Strategic Account Planning – Develop and implement strategic account plans, set objectives, targets, and KPIs, and review progress.
* Collaboration and Communication – Work with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to align on customer experience; provide regular updates and reports.
* Technology Integration – Advocate and facilitate adoption of advanced dental solutions and digital innovations.
* Market Knowledge – Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.


Qualifications

* Sales Experience – Proven track record in consultative selling, preferably with large enterprise customers.
* Consulting Experience – Ability to provide strategic advice and insights to improve practice operations.
* Stakeholder Management – Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels, including C‑Suite.
* Technology Proficiency – Strong understanding of practice management solutions and other relevant technologies.
* Results‑Driven – Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
* Industry Knowledge – In-depth understanding of the dental industry and market dynamics.
* Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
