We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the charge across our Marketing & Media Solutions (MMS) division— driving the impact of Events & Exhibitions portfolio. You'll shape multi-channel marketing plans that drive lead generation, registrations, and revenue across internal and external campaigns.

What you’ll do:
* Develop and execute lead generation and retention strategies across the full marketing mix
* Create and manage integrated campaigns across email, social, paid media, and partner channels
* Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to align marketing activity with commercial goals
* Optimise campaign performance through analytics, reporting, and insight
* Support event marketing from pre-launch campaigns to onsite execution
* Shape brand messaging, audience segmentation, and conversion pathways
* Work hands-on with content, landing pages, and digital journeys that deliver results
What you’ll bring:
* A track record of delivering ROI in B2B marketing environments (SaaS/events/media a plus)
* Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns and managing multiple projects
* Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a focus on measurable outcomes
