What you’ll do
* Be the first line hero for inbound calls and emails - owning queries end-to-end and delivering brilliant service
* Proactively reach out to customers to strengthen relationships
* Support customers via live chat, responding quickly and professionally
* Keep our CRM spotless - accurate data entry and updates, every time
* Allocate, monitor and escalate enquiries or complaints to secure swift resolutions
* Log and track activity through our CRM to ensure seamless communication
