We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of HSE across multiple projects and play a key role in driving safe, sustainable growth.
As Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, you will:
Lead and manage H&S across diverse projects, ensuring full compliance with legislation and industry standards.
Support operational teams in embedding a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.
Develop and implement policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
Provide training, guidance, and hands-on support to staff and contractors.
Act as the key point of contact for all H&S matters, reporting to senior management and influencing decision-making.
Contribute to the business’s growth plans by aligning H&S strategies with project delivery and expansion.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing, civil engineering, or construction environments.
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent Health and Safety certification
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess risks and implement safety procedures.
Proactive, hands-on approach to solving health and safety challenges.
