Your Role: Associate - Marketing As an Associate - Marketing, you will be part of the UK and Ireland marketing team to deliver key campaigns and digital initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing content creation, and coordinating events to support our animal health portfolio. Your Responsibilities: Support Marketing Managers in the execution of key projects, shopper strategies, and campaign roll-outs across the UK and Irish markets. Collaborate with Digital and Customer Experience teams to create and manage digital content and web initiatives. Liaise with creative agencies and cross-functional teams to produce and approve high-quality marketing materials. Manage administrative tasks for events and conferences, ensuring seamless organization and operation alongside sales teams. Monitor market trends and campaign performance by maintaining key measurement systems and reporting on success metrics. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Animal Health, or related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or Animal Health related roles. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and oral English skills. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications): Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external service providers. Demonstrated team spirit and commitment to achieving common goals.
