Home Carers Liverpool are looking for a Experienced Care Coordinator to join our growing domiciliary care company!
This role is for those with coordination experience (domiciliary care) who are looking to join one of the leading social care providers in Merseyside
Working within our office on Edge Lane on a full time basis (shifts across Monday - Sunday with alternative weekends)
Salary: £27,00 + (Dependent on experience)
Job Opportunity
What will your role as a care coordinator entail?
* Building positive relationships with the care staff who support our service users
* Allocating the appropriate carers to our service users
* Ensuring all of our policies, procedures and regulations are met
* Being an excellent communication with both internal and external staff members
* Liaising with a variety of healthcare professionals, social workers and case managers

Essential Skills
What are we looking for?
* Experience as a care coordinator in a domiciliary setting
* Be able to commute to our office reliably on Edge Lane
* Good IT skills
* Great organisation skills
* Somebody who fits in with our values (Kindness, respect, compassion, reliability and enthusiasm)
* NVQ Level 2 + (Ideally level 3)
