Key Accountabilities Perform maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, and utilities systems for all assets. Provide full operational support during start-ups, shutdowns, size changes, and troubleshooting process issues. Effectively carry out planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance while supporting fault finding and continuous improvement activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements, including BRC guidelines. Drive asset performance improvements to maximise value and reduce waste and costs. Take a proactive role in enhancing maintenance processes and adopting emerging technologies and techniques. Record and communicate hazards, risks, and near misses to maintain a safe working environment. Demonstrate ownership of GMP, HACCP, and food safety processes while striving for continuous improvement. Skills and Experience Required Electrical knowledge and experience. Understanding of Lean maintenance and PPMs. Full knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation. Experience in a manufacturing/maintenance engineering environment.
