About the Role Join us in providing person-centred support that truly makes a difference! You’ll help people with physical and mental health needs in their homes and communities, supporting daily routines like meal preparation, medication, and household tasks, while also helping them enjoy activities they love, whether it’s choir, arts & crafts, or pedal-powered adventures. You’ll encourage independence, nurture friendships, and support people to explore volunteer opportunities and new experiences. Duties could include: Providing personalised support tailored to individual needs. Offering emotional support and positive encouragement. Completing light household tasks and basic administrative duties. Bringing fresh ideas and helping to improve ways of working. Checking and digitally recording medication stocks and personal finances in line with policy. Skills and Experience Needed A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided. Pay and Pensions £25,877 FTE (£13.45 per hour) Sleep-in rate: £62.64 per 8 hour shift - approx. 1 per week.
