We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant for a rewarding full-time role at a well-regarded primary school in March.
About the Role
1. 1:1 Student Support: Provide personalised support to students with additional needs in the classroom
2. Inclusive Teaching: Adapt approaches to meet individual learning needs and create an inclusive environment
3. Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with the class teacher on general tasks, resource preparation, and tailoring learning materials
4. Immediate Start Available: We have opportunities ready to begin right away!

What we are looking for:
8. Adaptability & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs
9. Behaviour Management: Proven skills in effectively managing student behaviour in a calm and supportive manner
10. Experience in SEND: Prior experience working in a SEND environment would be beneficial
11. Passion & Dedication: A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on young lives
12. Compliance: Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check
*All staff undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks and must hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
