Behaviour Support Worker – Secondary Schools (RCT) | Full-Time SEPTEMBER START Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) Daily Pay: From £92.63 per day Full-Time & Long-Term Opportunities Available Weekly PAYE Pay Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning? Teaching Personnel is recruiting Behaviour Support Workers to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT). Working alongside teaching staff and pastoral teams, you will: • Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups • Build positive relationships that encourage engagement and confidence • Help pupils regulate emotions and develop positive behaviours • Provide encouragement and guidance during lessons and throughout the school day • Support students who may be at risk of exclusion or disengagement from education • Implement behaviour support strategies and intervention plans • Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment • Record progress and communicate effectively with school staff Who We're Looking For We're looking for enthusiastic, resilient, and compassionate individuals who: • Have experience working with young people or vulnerable individuals • Can remain calm and confident in challenging situations • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills • Are patient, proactive, and adaptable • Have a genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential • Are able to act as a positive role model Experience in schools is beneficial but not essential.
