Candidate Profile
* Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment
* A strong interest in IT or technology support
* Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
* Strong communication skills and a helpful, patient approach
* Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing situations
* Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
* Willingness to learn and work towards ITIL or service management qualifications
