Park Avenue has partnered with a Local Authority in the Southeast that's on the lookout for an interim Director of Resident Services to join their leadership team.
Reporting into one of the Council's Corporate Directors, your portfolio will cover:
Community Hubs
Customer Services
Housing Customer Contact Centre (including Complaints)
Revenue and Debt
Registration and Nationality
Libraries, Arts and Heritage
You'll also work closely with the Housing Division (Housing Management and Housing Needs), aligning strategically as part of the same wider service area.
The Council is looking to move quickly, with conversations due to take place imminently.
