This part-time afternoon role plays a vital part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment for pupils and staff alike. Role Duties: Cleaning classrooms, offices, toilets, corridors, and shared areas Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping down surfaces Emptying bins and managing safe waste disposal Following cleaning schedules and adhering to site safety standards Reporting maintenance issues or health & safety concerns Candidate Profile: Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail Able to work independently to a high standard Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to provide references Requirements Compliance Requirements: As this role is based in a school setting, the following checks and documents are required: Enhanced DBS Check with Barred List – current or willing to obtain CV and proof of right to work in the UK Proof of address and National Insurance number 3 years of employment or character references Overseas Police Check (if applicable)
