What the Job Involves As a SEND Caseworker, you will focus on two primary areas: Annual Reviews and EOTAS/NEET. This is a non case holding role that emphasizes thorough assessments, strategic planning, and collaboration with educational authorities and families. One SEND Caseworker will concentrate on managing and facilitating annual reviews, while two others will address the needs and development plans for individuals requiring EOTAS and those at risk of becoming NEET.
