This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Intermediate Care Physiotherapist to join a dynamic service in Walsall. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy interventions that support recovery, rehabilitation, and independence within community settings. What you will do Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to manage a varied and complex caseload. Deliver physiotherapy interventions across all intermediate care pathways, including reablement, rapid response, and rehabilitation beds. Support complex clinical decision-making and rehabilitation planning. Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within community environments. Travel across community settings to deliver timely and effective physiotherapy services. Requirements Registered Physiotherapist with the HCPC. Experience working within multidisciplinary and rehabilitation settings. Community experience is highly advantageous. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
