What you’ll do
In Construction Project Management, you will support projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality requirements. Your role involves coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and achieve the project objectives outlined in the plans. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the project team in delivering project objectives according to the Project Plan.
* Monitoring and engaging with relevant Health, Safety, and Wellbeing standards throughout all project stages.
* Helping prepare and update project plans to ensure they remain relevant over the course of the project(s).
* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality systems are properly managed and monitored in line with Service Excellence.
* Attending meetings, recording discussions, and providing relevant information and analysis, including site walks.
* Participating in risk management and mitigation activities with stakeholders.
* Tracking project changes and ensuring they are processed and formalized within agreed timeframes.
* Understanding business priorities related to Construction to Production, Digital & Data, and Responsible Business.
* Supporting activities related to external/third-party client appointments within project and program management teams.
* Conducting research, analysis, and record-keeping to support timely and accurate project management information.
* Identifying solutions to generally defined issues requiring problem-solving, with support towards gaining professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Engineers (ICE), which is fully funded and supported by us.
