Role overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our on-site team based within one of our major retail clients. Hybrid pattern. Mon-Wed onsite, Thurs-Fri WFH. Working within a wider team, and alongside the client’s team, your role will be client facing you will understand & advise on client requirements and brief them into production upon approval.
You will be required to meet tight deadlines; close attention to detail is at the heart of everything you do, you will have relevant experience within Print Management and Retail. This position will focus on the management and development of our client’s relationship. This is a full time, permanent position based within the Nottingham area.
Key responsibilities
* Managing client expectations and balancing with production requirements.
* Responsible for managing proofs, quotes and timelines throughout the full campaign cycle.
* Liaising with Clients, internal production, internal teams and 3rd party suppliers ensuring all detail is provided and understood.
* Identifying innovation that will result in monetary and efficiency savings.
* Liaising internally to provide advice and innovations on print specifications to ensure the best and more cost-effective method of production.
* Ability to cope under pressure and extremely tight deadlines
* Able to manage a high number of jobs through the system at any one time and understand where those are in the process at any one time
* Able to focus on task when there are numerous distractions such as client, emails, phones, open plan office.
* Still being able to have a high attention to detail when working on repetitive tasks
* Be aware of what other projects are happening within the wider team to allow consolidation of tasks and deliveries.
