The Learning Solutions team is a growing centre of excellence within Learning Innovation. We design and deliver scalable, high quality learning programmes ‑quality learning programmes—from digital transformation and development academies to readiness pathways and onboarding—that equip our people with the skills they need now and for the future. By combining thoughtful programme design, strong vendor partnerships, and smart use of learning technologies, we create engaging, inclusive learning experiences that align with business priorities and future skills needs.

A look into the role
Join us to deliver high‑impact learning programmes that empower people and elevate firmwide capability. You'll shape cutting‑edge learning experiences, build strong partnerships, optimise our learning technologies, and ensure every programme lands with excellence, engagement, and measurable impact.
As a Learning Solutions Manager within our Learning Innovation team, you will:
* Facilitate and design learning content and manage supporting communities. You'll be expected to facilitate approximately 20-30% of your time, so will need to be willing to travel (most frequently to London or Milton Keynes).
* Manage relationships with external learning providers and third-party content vendors ‑party content vendors
* Deliver and manage firmwide learning programmes under the strategic direction of the senior manager
* Provide operational support and guidance to internal stakeholders on learning programmes
* Implement and optimise learning technologies (e.g. content platforms, AI tools)
* Monitor usage, engagement, and effectiveness of learning solutions
* Hold accountability for meeting delivery milestones, learner satisfaction and operational efficiency targets
Knowing you're right for us
Joining us as a Learning Solutions Manager, the minimum criteria you'll need is:
* Strong understanding of learning design and delivery
* 2-3 years' experience in a learning role
* Strong presentation, storytelling and engagement skills
* Content delivery and facilitation experience including:
o Digital/virtual, hybrid and in-person sessions
o Confidence to facilitate to a senior audience
* Experience in delivery of scalable learning programmes and vendor management to include management of:
o Delivery milestones
o Learner engagement
o Performance indicators and learner satisfaction
o Programme communications
o Reporting
It would be great if you also had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way.
* Experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to self-upskill in emerging digital capabilities
* Keen attitude to stay aware of L&D trends and translate them into practical initiatives through our programmes
* Familiarity with LMS functionality, learning content curation, and analytics
* Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
