Project Manager - Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund * Based in CB6 (Cambridgeshire) * Salary up to £75,000 + car allowance + 8% pension + 3 months paternity/ 6 months maternity leave * Occupied Properties | Retrofit & Energy Efficiency Focus Role We are looking for a experienced Project Manager to lead a £8m Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) scheme based in Cambridge, delivering energy efficiency upgrades to occupied homes as part of a broader commitment to sustainability and tenant wellbeing. Scope of works include; EWI (External Wall Insulation), PV (Photovoltaic solar panels), and ASHP (Air Source Heat Pumps). You’ll take ownership of the planning and delivery of retrofit works—ensuring compliance, safety, tenant satisfaction, and successful project outcomes in a live environment.
