As a Senior Performance Analyst, youll play a key role in providing performance assurance and insight to senior leaders, managers, and elected members. Youll help them understand whats working well, where improvement is needed, and what good looks like across services.
Using your strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and ability to tell a compelling story with data, youll support better decision-making and continuous improvement. Youll work collaboratively across the organisation to design meaningful performance measures, develop new metrics, and ensure decisions are informed by accurate, reliable, and timely information.
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of working from home and from our offices in Cirencester, so you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance.
The post is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover, or until the postholder returns whichever is sooner.
